Forum Rules of Conduct

1. First and foremost, please treat your fellow boards members with respect. This is a community of great women who can share ideas and explore differences in positive ways. We will not allow bashing or hateful posts. Such "drama" posts will be closed and your membership at FMC may be terminated.

2. Please remember that while we make every effort to keep our members safe that this is still the internet. Please do not post pictures that can be misconstrued as suggestive or provocative. Such pictures will be removed in an ongoing effort to keep FMC a safe place.

3. Please be responsible BST members. This includes describing clothes accurately according to BST guidelines. It also includes paying for your BST items in a timely manner and not backing out of transactions. Please see BST Guidelines for a complete list of what is expected in BST. Any member who continually fails to meet the guidelines may be excused from BST at FMC upon decision by the Moderator team. A refund will be issued at that time for the unused months of membership

4. Your Ebay standing can effect your participation in BST. Any member found to have excessive negatives on Ebay or other boards where BST occurs may face removal from BST at FMC. We want to keep the Marketplace a safe and fun place to do business. Removal from the Marketplace due to excessive negative feedback on Ebay/FMC/other BST boards is done so at the discretion of the Moderator team.

5. Please be respectful of privacy. Please refrain from posting pictures/personal information of others without prior approval from the individual. Please do not take personal pictures from FMC to post on other sites without approval.

6. If you have an issue with a member, please contact a Moderator for assistance. Please do not call that person out on the board. This also applies to EBay sellers and people on other boards that you may be experiencing an issue with. Such threads will be closed. No bashing please. A Moderator will be happy to assist you with your concern.

7. Your membership is for you. Please do not share your password or allow access of non members to FMC. Such violations can result in termination of your membership at FMC. This is done in an effort to keep FMC safe and we appreciate your help on this front.

8. If you wish to lead a Group Order here at FMC please get Mod approval prior to beginning . Failure to comply with Marketplace rules while participating in Group Orders can result in your removal from future group orders. This decision will be made by the Moderator team.

Market Place Rules of Conduct: BST

Marketplace rules are put in place to protect our members while transacting on FMC. Failure to comply with these rules can result in removal of BST priveleges at FMC at the discretion of Administration, so please review them closely before participating in BST. The FMC Shops (BST) is a paid subscription service only.

1. Please complete all transactions in a timely manner. All transactions must be paid for within 3 business days of receiving payment information. If after that time seller has not received payment and no arrangements have been made, this will be considered an incomplete transaction for which appropriate feedback should be left. We encourage our members not to speak for an item if they will not be able to pay for it in a timely manner. This keeps it fair for both sellers and buyers and keeps BST moving smoothly.

2a. All items must be received by buyers within 14 business days ie. items must be mailed and received. Special exceptions may be noted for arrival of international packages. This ensures that members will have time to file with Paypal for items not received. Please do not list an item for sale that you are not prepared to pack and ship upon receipt of payment. Sellers are highly encouraged to mail with delivery confirmation.

2b. Group orders must be able to be completed within 30 calander days ie items must be received in full. Please do not ask to run a group order if you cannot meet those time frames. This ensures that buyers can make Paypal claims in the allowable time frame if necessary.

3. We highly recommend using a credit card to pay for any large sums when transacting in BST. It is easier to recoup your funds from your credit card company and/or Paypal than when using funded Paypal alone.

4. Please remember to adhere to the following Clothing Guidelines when listing your items for sale. It is often best to err on the side of caution when describing items and adding photos is often helpful if items are in less than EUC condition. It's better to have your buyer pleasantly surprised rather than just surprised! FMC uses the official rating guidelines as established by the CABoard, which are consistent with Ebay and across most BST boards.

NWT~ New with tags, never washed or worn; no flaws

NWOT~ New without tags, never washed or worn; no flaws

LIKE NEW~ Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn; no flaws

EXCELLENT~ Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws

VERY GOOD~ Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws

GOOD/PLAY~ Previously worn with minor visible flaw(s), and/or significant wash wear/fade

FAIR~ Previously worn with significant visible flaw(s), and/or heavy wash wear/fade

POOR~ Not wearable, has severe flaws/damage, but with desireable useable element(s)

* Flaws might include spots, stains, holes, tears, fabric irregularities, or problems with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc... Please see listing descriptions for specific condition details.
** It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the particulars (irregular sizing for example) of the item they wish to purchase.

5. By following the BST rules we hope to keep the Marketplace at FMC running smoothly and fairly for all sellers and buyers. If problems should arise please contact your seller/buyer and attempt to resolve the issues. If the issue is deemed unresolvable by both parties then please contact a Moderator for further assistance.

6. Please utilize the itrader feedback system after a transaction has been completed. It is in place to provide valuable information for those wishing to enter in to BST arrangements with members. Please keep your feedback factual. Retalitory feedback will not be tolerated and shall be removed at the discretion of Administration.

7. FMC will review your Ebay FB status when you apply for Platinum Membership and it will be routinely checked to ensure sellers are in good standing on Ebay. Excessive negatives on Ebay can result in your loss of BST privliges. Likewise, excessive negative FB on FMC will be monitored and can result in your removal from BST. FMC is a 3 strike board. 3 negatives FB will result in loss of BST privilges. A member who has been dismissed from BST for excessive negative FB on Ebay and/or FMC may reapply after a time period of 6 months if they so choose.
